SHERBROOKE STREET: THE GRANDE DAME OF MONTREAL
This has long been my favourite street downtown because of the fabulous architecture, the Museum of Fine Arts, high-end shopping and its air of sophistication.
Sherbrooke Street, our city’s Fifth Avenue, has something for everyone: grand hotels, museums, public art, elegant mansions, McGill University’s sprawling and lush campus, luxury apartments and fossils – yes, fossils!
Join me in admiring some of the treasures of one of Montreal’s longest and most diverse streets.
